Users shall bear full responsibility for any service delays, outcome deviations, losses, claims, or other adverse consequences arising from erroneous, incomplete, inaccurate, unlawful, or non-compliant information, materials, or instructions provided by the user.
Users shall not use this website or related services to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities, nor shall they disrupt the normal operation of the website, compromise network security, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of AeroLoong.AI or any third party.

AeroLoong.AI shall provide services in accordance with industry standards, professional diligence principles, and mutual agreements.

AeroLoong.AI shall not be liable or shall only bear limited liability to the extent permitted by law for any service interruptions, delays, outcome deviations, data loss, or other losses caused by: (1) User-related reasons, including but not limited to untimely, inaccurate, incomplete information provision or failure to cooperate as required; (2) Failures, restrictions, downtime, interface adjustments, or policy changes of third-party platforms, software, service providers, operators, or external systems; (3) Force majeure or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and uncontrollable events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, systemic failures, or communication interruptions.
Except as otherwise agreed in writing, AeroLoong.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive damages, loss of expected profits, goodwill losses, or loss of business opportunities.

Trademarks, copyrights, patents, technical secrets, software, data, documents, and other intellectual property legally owned by either party prior to the commencement of cooperation shall remain the property of their respective rights holders.
The intellectual property rights, scope of use, licensing terms, and restrictions for any deliverables, custom-developed content, technical documents, model configurations, interface solutions, analysis reports, or other outcomes formed during the provision of services shall be governed by separate written agreements signed by both parties.
No individual or organization may copy, modify, disseminate, reverse-engineer, rent, transfer, sell, or otherwise use any protected content on this website—including text, images, logos, page designs, and technical materials—without the prior written consent of AeroLoong.AI.

AeroLoong.AI reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust these Terms of Service based on business development, service optimization, changes in laws and regulations, or regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from these terms or this website's services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where AeroLoong.AI is registered.
